I had a fairly straightforward initial interview - the talent employee was very nice and easy to talk to. That being said, it was extremely short, only about 15 minutes, in which we spent half just exchanging pleasantries as two strangers do.. hard to say how much it actually relates to the hiring teams interest in connecting with you.
