I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DLR Group (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Casual, interview over lunch at a sandwich place. Supervisor was very chill, had gauged most of my knowledge through my resume but wanted to get a general feel of my understanding of the field and personal attitude in a team environment. Both of us bonded over sports!!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DLR Group (Overland Park, KS) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview was over zoom with two people. I showed my work and we discussed what options would work best for me at the firm--overall, comfortable. Felt like a conversation rather than an interrogation.
The whole interview lasted 20 minutes. First introduction, then questions from interviewers, then comments. went through the resume. A total of two interviewers. This is a 2nd interview. Not particularly challenging.
