The whole process took about 3 weeks. I applied through a job searching website. Got an HR screening phone call first and was invited for an on-site interview the following week. I was asked to prepare a 5 slide, 15 minute presentation about by experience and background in manufacturing. The on-site interview lasted an hour.

calm environment. made me feel pretty relaxed and not as nervous. Interviewer(s) were not drilling down on me. asked typical questions and experiences for the job. They did follow up within a short time.

Interview
It was very extensive long and discussed my background details of open positions at DMG-Mori. My background working at Mitsubishi was main focus of interview after that there was a brief tour of the facility. I was asked if i can read ladder logic and interpret to diagnose software / hardware related errors using PLC.
