Interview
On-site Interview with Regional Manager, Service Manager and Chief of Operating Officer. First, I start to introduce myself and they went through all my experience on the resume. It is a conversational type interview.

Typical interview questions. Such as: Tell me a little bit about yourself, how well do you know about us and are you a finding or fixing problem type of engineer.

Interview
Interviewed for a position as a field service engineer. I submitted my resume and requested wage for the role. Made it through 2 of the 3 interviews without issue and discussed my wage during the interviews. Interviewers acknowledged this until my last interview which resulted in a lower offer then spoke about earlier in the process. Seems like it would be a good company however I would have liked transparency about what the pay was at the start of the interviewing process to avoid wasted time.
