Interview process was very straightforward. I applied online through my university's online career search tool and received an e-mail stating that I would have a phone interview. During the phone interview I was asked basic questions about object oriented programming, but nothing too difficult. The questions were probably just there to make sure you have taken a course on OOP.
I went in for a onsite interview a week later. The interviewer and the two software engineers I spoke with were extremely professional. I must say, these people were truly people I could envision myself working with. The interview mostly consisted of them asking about my previous internship experiences and what I hoped to achieve at the company. No technical questions were asked.
The next morning I got an offer to intern there, but their salary offer was rather low compared to competitors. A competitor in the Bay Area offered me over 2x what these guys were offering me, with better benefits.
