I had a phone interview with the design team manager. It started with him talking about the company and the position. Then he asked me to talk about myself and why I'm interested in this position. Since there is drafting involved in this position, but I did not have much experience with that, I discussed a project where I did something related. I had just graduated from college, so I also discussed my senior design project. I was contacted a week later to schedule an in-person interview, which will happen next week.
