Interview was extremely lengthy. They kept adding new members, one of the main executives that was scheduled, didnt show up twice on the interviews without any notice. I was informed that I was a top candidate in the process but more interviewees were scheduled which made no sense since an interviewee was new in the organization and still not very familiar with the company or process yet. Putting executive candidates through a 2 month process with no desire to hire or shop around and lying about the process or status off role and candidacy is childish, rude and unprofessional when they kept insisting that the role needs to be filled ASAP. Also, another concerning issue, is that if one of the company's top execs decided not to show up twice during scheduled interview without any explanation or notice for the absence is a complete disrespect for the candidate and lacks importance for that role. Free sweaters and remote work wont cut it, if you luck basic cultural values from your interview process. Culture seemed to be a big topic and theme during interviews but if culture starts from the interview process. If you lack that during the interview process, how would culture be better when you become a member of the tea. Leadership needs to evaluate their processes.
