I interviewed with someone in HR after applying online. I was not provided any salary or salary range when I asked and was told it was negotiable. As part of the interview process, I would have been required to prepare a presentation - including layout and graphics - on improving the company's home page. I was not about to provide that free advice. I withdrew my candidacy for the position.
