DNV Global Controller interview questions

Applied through their website. Was contacted after a week of submission. 1st stage was pretty straight forward with HR departement such as previous experience, why DNV and why the role. Received outcome after 2.5 weeks for 2nd stage. This was an interviews with HR business partner and the previous Controller. Question was related to several tell me about a time xyz.... Never heard back from them even after sending follow up email to gain feedback. Don't mind a rejection but would have appreciated not being "ghosted". Also, during the 2nd stage interview the HR buainess partner said Norwegians are "fluffy" people which was seen as negative trait. Very unprosseional to say such thing when the company is Norwegian!!!!
