I was found and messaged by my LinkedIn account. Later on we had a first screening phone call which was 30 min long and very positive. Next I was invited for the on-site interview with two employees where I was asked for my experience, projects I led and my professional interests. Half of the interview was conducted in English. After that I received English test and psychological questionnaire. Until that stage the process in my opinion was well defined and constructed. Next meeting was organized to meet with two previous employees and another manager where I was actually asked to review my test results and repeat the previous information I shared in the process. That step wasn't necessary in my opinion and could be done without my presence. The main drawback that happened it that process was the fact I haven't received any feedback after that point. I contacted the recruiter two weeks later to ask what was the status and received vague response I was rejected due to long notice period. I wouldn't have any feedback without my action, what is quite rude in my perception.
The position is still open after 3 months, so I think I haven't received sincere feedback.
