Slow process, mostly towards the end - which was not ideal. Straight forward interviews. In my case, I had three of them - one with HR and two with management.
- Contacted by HR after 2 weeks of online application, they set up a meeting a week after. Interviewed about basic HR stuffs, and they insist to know my expected salary, otherwise cant go forward
- Have another 2 rounds of interview, 1-to-1 with regional lead, and then panel consist of directors level, all within 3 weeks.
- Got no updates after that (ghosted), and i didn't bother reaching out, but then when i checked the progress later after a month via online portal, i was not retained

Basic HR stuffs, local context about technical consulting in my knowledge domain, and motivations.
A video interview that can be recorded within 5 days after receiving an invitation email. Really effective to streamline the screening process but unfortunately, it is so impersonal that you don't get to ask questions nor to feel valued. No response on follow-up emails inquiring about next steps after several weeks.
