Applied online, was sent an email about 1-2 weeks later to do online questionnaire, then had a phone interview with the Global HR manager 1 week later, the following week I had phone interview with the local hiring manager and 3 days later on a Friday an in person interview with him and one other person. Was offered the job the following Monday morning.

One way video interview. This company has taken "Human" out of Human Resources. Discriminatory, superficial, would not recommend. If HR personnel will not even conduct a brief telephone interview with a candidate, I can only imagine how they treat employees.
