First interview was a telephonic interview that was 1 hour long. It was pretty basic, first they introduced the company and the position and followed up with the questions related to my profile. The 2nd interview was on site i was provided with a case study. Basically i had to make a presentation related to the issues mentioned in the case study and suggest solutions.

Most of the questions were regarding the case study,
Most unprofessional interview process I had. Extremely long process, lasted more than 3 months in total. Mostly because of very long pauses and unavailability of the managers at DNV. After concluding the process, I was told I will be sent an offer, but after a few days this was cancelled without giving me any motive. I even had to cancel other offers as they were insisting they would send me an offer. Not recommended at all
