Interview
Process quite efficient at first. One Video, followed by an interview with two managers. Then came a really weird interview with one of the managers, the head of department and HR. HR was clearly not aware of HR related answers given in the video. Three people from different backgrounds in an online interview is also weird. I got feedback one month after the last interview (even though a delay of one week, max two was given during that interview). I probably got that feedback because I asked for it... To my point of view, HR should not be involved in the last screening, especially if not prepared.
I was selected for a one hour interview process with two hiring managers. A couple of weeks after the interview I received an email stating that the process will take slightly longer and they apologise for the inconvenience caused. Months went by and they clearly ghosted me- upon logging onto the online portal then, I saw “not retained”. Its incredibly poor from a company to ghost you after you took the time and effort to attend an hour long interview. DNV do better.
