Interview
Only got an invitation to do a video interview (where you record yourself). Never got to speak to a single live person. In fact, the email I got for the invitation was also an automated email, as I never got any responses to my follow-ups.
The company can't even bother to get a real person to respond to/interview you, and you have to take more time than a regular interview b/c since you have multiple submissions and infinite time to prepare, your video better be perfect when you submit it.
Would not recommend wasting your time.
P.S. Not enough staff or too many applications is not an excuse. Treat us applicants like humans.
