I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DNV (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
The application process was very quick and smooth, it consisted of two stages.
Stage one was to do an Artic Shors assessment, where there was puzzles to solve and assess your personality
The second stage was an online assessment day, in which there was a group discussion with two other candidates about a topic that was not related to Engineering. The topic was simple and they just wanted to see how we work as a team.
The second part of the assessment was an interview with my line manager and an HR person.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Tell me a time when you made a mistake and how dealt with it?
My advice is to say your thinking process rather than just the answer. Because they want to know how you think and how you deal with such issues
