There were two rounds of interview and a psychometric assessment to be completed at home. Mostly the communication is through HR representatives. And a HR representative was present at both interviews. The first interview was led by the HR representative. She asked the usual questions, about my previous experience and personality and so on. Second interview I had to prepare a case. It was an open question. Which was a good idea in my opinion, I could then decide myself what I wanted to do with it. After the case presentation there was a discussion about what I answered to the psychometric assessment. In the end they said the will go with another candidate who had more years of experience leading a team. The whole interview process from sending my application until I got an answer to my application took over 5 months.
