I won't share too much detail except to say that this was one of the most confused and convoluted interview processes I've ever experienced and a massive time waste for me personally.
I interviewed and then didn't hear back for months from them. I had only mild interest in the role based on the small size of the organization so didn't give it much thought. CEO then calls literally months later to offer me the job. I then sit with CEO and CFO who are both very excited about the possibility of me joining and they lay out the offer. BUT, the offer differs SIGNIFICANTLY from what I was told on the phone (full time role changed to month to month contract, holdback on Comp if I don't meet sales quota, crazy sales targets, etc).
CEO then says he will send new offer next day, he's excited, blah, blah, blah...3 weeks go by with no offer. I make calls and send an email but still nothing. Then out of nowhere I receive a "been very busy, decided to go in another direction, hope our paths will cross soon" email.
Sadly, these guys after some 12 or so years of business still operate like a startup which is a bit sad.
I see they are now recruiting for a much more junior sales position but If you are considering Door3 for a sales role, tread lightly!!
