Interactive. They want to to know more about the applicant's personality. I don't think they have a scoring system which may be somewhat confusing but they want to hire the person whose personality actually fits the organisation's culture.

It was pretty good. Straight to the point. I had to do 2 interviews and the questions as previously mentioned they were very straight forward. The HR team was very welcoming.
