Approached by recruiter, 15 minute call. 1st interview with Technical lead and senior technician 2nd interview with head of IT and technical lead. 1st 2 stages fine very professional. 2nd stage on site mostly informal, quite unprofessional with usage of poor language. Couldn't answer my questions straight, told me to ignore the job description given by the recruiter. Very strange company, being ran like a startup. Lots of acquisitions with no real systems in place. Got the impression the IT manager didn't like the amount of questions I was asking, got told i'd hear back the following day but have been ghosted since. AVOID. They seem to be paying above market rate for roles but I'd be worried about longevity for role, seems like a fairytale company.
