There was an group interview. It went very well. I did not hear back for weeks. Received a call, I talked to them went to the orientation. I got trained, and then was hired. Not to bad, but long.
You are interviewed by the store manager and they are able to offer the position at the end of the interview. It takes about 10-20 minutes. They ask a lot of customer service related questions.

quick and easy interview process. The manager was very nice. I did not have to have much experience for the role. They offered the job to me on the spot.
