A few days after applying online, they gave me an email to reserve a time to have an interview. I arrived and had an interview right away. The interview only lasted a few minutes and the assistant manager asked what days and times I was comfortable working. After being hired she respected my schedule and gave me plenty of hours.

Very simple and easy however it was a group interview with one other person also interviewing while I was. Knew we were still in high school so they were okay with not having really any previous job experience before.

Applied online, got a call a few weeks later to set up an interview, got a call the next day saying I got the job! The interview was very casual and in the store. I think the manager really wanted to see my personality and get a feel for what my goals were.
