1st interview was on the phone with talent recruiter. 2nd interview was in-person with staff I would be working with. 3rd interview was with hiring manager. Really liked the 2nd interview with staff. 3rd interview with hiring manager was the deciding factor for not wanting to work at DTN. Hiring manager focused the entire interview on not gossiping at work and not taking things personally. Very weird interview. That 3rd interview told me the hiring manager had no idea what their staff did and the hiring manager was probably the main one gossiping at work and making personal critical comments to employees!
