The interview process was well detailed, the call itself went at a smooth phase and follow ups were promised by the interviewer. However, post the call, the recruiter went full cold turkey, no feedback / follow up on status of the application or a reply to any effort of following up on the role. They could do better with closing the loop on applications more often
