Recruiter contacted after applying to set up an interview. Recruiter didn't show up to interview claiming another meeting ran over the scheduled time and asked for availability, of which I responded with three days worth of availability. Recruiter never responded. I had noticed other glassdoor reviews of the same behavior but had no idea it would be for an upper management position.
