The interview process was very professional and straightforward. I was first contacted through email as I was referred by my friend employed with DXC. After this, the 1-on-1 with the Hiring Manager. This is the part where technical and situational questions were asked.

This is for DXC here in Philippines.
There were 3 stages, HR - Hiring Manager - HR. Initial interview with HR involves asking about experiences. The one with the hiring mgr was more technical though it is high level and very general questions. Last is another HR which would be more on the job offer and negotiation.
