Average interview process. Managers are nice and they are not intimidating. They will not waste your time and always straight to the point when talking with them. In my case I had 2 interviews, one hr interview andnthen managerial interview. They're more likely gonna assess your soft skills as they value it more than the technical skills. Specially if you're a fresh graduate.
