Here I am sharing my interview experience with DXC Technology Noida. The process took almost 1 week. And I attended every single round of interview. Cleared all the rounds successfully. But after the Managerial round, I was supposed to get a call from HR for further discussion but unfortunately he didn't called for two days and when I mailed him he replied stating, I have cleared the last round and he'll call me for further discussion (attached screenshot of mail).
Finally after 2 days, he called we connected and then he mentioned that he will not be able to process further as I am already getting package that is not even there budget. If this is the case you should have cleared before processing the candidature or either didn't process such Candidate that out of your league
Seriously man you are processing a candidate with all details about him including present experience and salary and after clearing the rounds you got to know one is getting more than your budget. Rather, when you already had details with resume before processing him you would have declared this at initial process instead of wasting time and resources of company and candidate.
This is not the behaviour you expect from DXC Technology. I got a very positive feedback for DXC Technology but things aren't as told.
HR Interview about 1 hr its easy all in english
Technical Interview about 2 hrs about java basic , oop , database and design patterns , no algorithms , its fine interview in english and arabic
The interview process is start directly with Tech Interview, with coding test for about 30 minutes and tech question for 30 minutes.
Simple algorithm test for live coding.
The interviewer was nice and explain the question in detail

Iter durato circa 2 mesi.
2 colloqui conoscitivi, 2 colloqui tecnici, 1 colloquio HR.
Dopo l'ultimo con l'HR mi è stato detto che gli ero piaciuto e l'iter era stato positivo. Mi è stato chiesto di condividere la mia busta paga (in chiaro, con tutti i dati, per salvarla sulla loro piattaforma) e sarei stato ricontattato per offerta.
Poi son spariti. Passato 1 altro mese ho chiesto feedback mi è stato detto che "non avevano reputato il mio profilo adatto".
Al di la della poca professionalità, mostratevi piu' disponibili se richiedete ai candidati di impegnare così tanto tempo nell'iter e soprattutto di condividere dati sensibili .
