Phone call with the recruiter to discuss experience. After that a tech test was sent which was in the form of questions and answers (30 min to complete it). This test was quite easy and included basic JavaScript questions. If you pass this, a Teams interview is organised with a panel of four people. The questions asked are very similar to the ones on the previous test. You are scored based on how many questions you answer correctly. You will not be asked to do any live coding which is great. The team were very lovely. Shortly after that stage I was told I'm getting an offer. It took more than 10 days to get the actual offer letter and any details of it despite stating another company is waiting for my decision. Overall the process is very reasonable for a junior.
