you have to go through an online aptitude test followed by rigorous technical and manager round. post that an HR round is conducted and then finally the offer process. The whole process is completed the same day if it is walk-in or may take months as well

1 phone interview - then called in for face to face. Pleasant people. I am typically pretty frank and up front in my interview style. Either you like it or you don't. I was referred anyways, it helps.
