I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaBella (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2025
Interview
Very laid back. Very informal. Gave and overview of the job very easy questions to answer. Didn’t care about professional experience for an entry level role. Asked more personality questions
It was very relaxed and informative. I met multiple members of the team and was greeted with a smile. It seems like a great sales opportunity for the right person but not entirely up my lane.

I applied online. I interviewed at DaBella (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2026
Interview
They called me and asked if I was OK with working 6 days a week. driving daily and only getting paid by commission. Interview was about 30 minutes and very straight forward. I was sent a background check and personality test to complete before a job offer was presented. When I asked to see the offer in writing they got quiet and didn't want to send me the benefit package to look over.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaBella (Vancouver, WA) in May 2026
Interview
Checked out the company website and browse their career tab. I saw the sales position and was immediately interested. I applied on their site, which was extremely simple as it automatically fills in most of your info when you upload your resume. They called me about 12 hours later that following morning, did the initial phone screening (valid drivers license, available to work Monday-Saturday, am I OK with a commission-only role). After that the manager requested that I come in to meet in person, and we both had availability the same evening, so I came by then. We met for about an hour, it was probably 50% interview, and 50% chatting/answering my questions. I was offered the job before I left, and have a tentative start date as long as onboarding is finished by then.
