I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita in Oct 2016
Interview
First interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. Very friendly and asked the basic questions regarding why do you want to work in the field and company, strengths and weaknesses, etc. It seemed to go well, but never received a follow-up interview even though they said I will hear back from them soon...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you ensure patients are being properly educated when it comes to their disease?
Virtual interview with recruiter, then a shadowing, followed by an interview by the FA. Overall, easy interview but for the shadowing make sure you ask for a time during turnover or when the first shift of patients come to get an actual look at what the facility will be like. They will try to have you shadow when not much is going on in the facility and all the patients are on treatment.

Interview
Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .
