I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Dec 2011
Interview
The interview process was rather smoothed. I had a telephone interview with HR and then with the Hiring Manager. I was subsequently invited to the office for a day of interviews consisting of two panel sessions (3 senior execs in each). Everyone was really nice but it wasn't a good fit. Although it didn't work out for me I would recommend this firm to others
Good structure. Be prepared for a long 3-4 month process. Good company with solid history and background. Just don't be impatient in the process. It takes a while. At least 3-5 rounds of interviews depending on the role.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
2 stage interview. 1st with HR who was reading off script, 2nd on phone who asked only technical questions and nothing about me or the role. It was a messy process and the 2nd interviewer did not seem to know much about the role.

Very technical questions with little relevance to the role
I had three phone interviews and was invited into the company headquarters for a half day of in person interviews and other telephonic interviews with team members in other cities.
