Interview
It was a phone screen - short intro by DaVita hiring representative. Then a brief explanation (confirmation) of position and duties. The recruiter sounded like they were just going through the motions. Then I was asked, What is the salary range are you looking for?

Interview
While I appreciate the opportunity to interview for multiple Executive Assistant positions at DaVita, I found the overall experience disappointing and inconsistent with the company’s stated values of community, integrity, and service.
Throughout the process, communication was sporadic, timelines shifted without notice, often due to faulty AI, and feedback—if provided at all—was vague or entirely absent. I often felt like a token "outside candidate" rather than a candidate being thoughtfully considered for a position. For a company that prides itself on people-first values and cultivating a strong culture, the interview process felt impersonal, disorganized, and at times, dismissive.
Candidates invest significant time and energy preparing for interviews and sharing their experiences openly. It would be meaningful for DaVita to reflect that effort with more transparent, timely, and respectful communication. I hope future applicants have a more engaging and equitable experience.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. The interview was a quick 10 minute phone discussion with a description of the position, why I’m leaving my current company, and why Davita. We scheduled an in-person interview for the following week at the end of the phone call. The in-person interview was all behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions about time management, handling multiple projects at the same time, and how you work with others.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had projects from two different managers and they were due at the same time.
