Such a long process and waste of time. First phone screening. Then phone 2x interview 30 min call back to back. Asking same questions more or less. Few days later schedule 3x face to face interviews on the same day. Took about 1.30 total. Interviews were unstructured and felt like no one knew how to conduct a proper interview. Some questions were not even relevant for the role.
