It was very informal with the clinical manager just wanted to hear about your experiences and why you're interested in the position. They wanted to see if you would be a personality fit with the current staff onboard.

Send in the application. Receive a call from their recruiter. Recruiter will send along a personality quiz. Once the quiz is submitted, you wait until you receive a call for an interview. The interview consists of 3 people: the facility administrator, nursing manager, and a social worker. Interview is very easy and comprehensive. You will receive a call back with either a job offer or not within approx 5 days after the interview.
