I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied thru "on-campus recruiting". Started with a 1 hr interview consisting of 30 minutes behavioral questions and 30 minutes for a case study (make sure you can do some simple mental math to avoid embarrassment).
Next/final round was at the CO headquarters. Was a 4+ hour series of interviews. I don't remember how long each interview was, but there was 1 case study, 1 group assignment (aka gauging how well you get along with others- if you focus on solely the mock 'task' they assign you, you aren't understanding the true point of the assessment), and 2 behavioral sessions. 1 of those behavioral sessions was a more classic examination of your resume, the other behavioral session was more of a "fit" interview.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
EVERY interviewer at EVERY stage asked "Why DaVita?" - so you really need to have a good answer for that, or you're not going to go far.
Three rounds of interview. Director round and two panel rounds. They value culture fit a lot and are very interactive and engaging during the interview. Lot of behavioral and situation based questions.
Initial phone screen with recruiter assessing background, analytical skills, and interest in the analyst role. Discuss experience, problem-solving approach, communication ability, and fit with company goals, team collaboration, and learning mindset.

Interview
After an over-the-phone interview, I felt good about moving forward. After emailing about next steps or if they had heard any feedback about my interview they never responded or reached out again
