Interview
Long. HR screening call 30 minutes. Take online test, about 40 minutes. 2 person GFA in person interview 1 hour. RDO interview 1 hour. Job Shadow x 3 hours, meet another FA. People Services (HR) call 1 hour. (All of this over a 5-6 week period). Was told by HR that there still could be an additional interview with VP via phone. All mgmt on retreat this week, so.....All I can say is be patient.

You interview with a panel of facility administrators and possibly the regional director and if considered another interview with the physicians. Most difficult part is, if your administrator doesn’t want to allow the transfer most likely theyvto will be part of the interview and can have a negative impact on the outcome
