I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita (Loveland, CO) in Jul 2015
Interview
The day after applying online, I received an email from DaVita Recruiting which said that I had been moved to the next step in the process where I would need to complete a 45 - 60 minute online survey. It was to learn more about my knowledge, experience, competencies, and personal motivators. Very "What would you do?" type questions. I received another email shortly after completing the assessment informing me that I had been presented to the hiring manager and I should hopefully receive a call for an interview unless the position had already been filled.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (El Paso, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached to me two weeks after I submitted my application. I was scheduled for a phone screening with him but he opted out of that and it ended up just being more informational about the role. Two primary questions he asked were about my bioscience BA and whether I was pursuing jobs in that field. Also asked about my availability. After phone screen there is an on site/ clinic interview with hiring manager. I got a call back within 48 hours to set final interview with regional manager.

Interview
I had an interview with this company about a week and a half ago and they said they'll give me a callback within a week to let me know if they decided anything, but I've never received a call from them. So at this point I'm like should I give them a call back because I don't want to seem like I'm desperate for the job even though that job opportunity would allow me to care for others.
