Upon applying you have to fill out an assessment. Pending if you pass or not you are approved for an interview. Once that happens you you wait to see if you’re contacted by a recruiter and then they offer you a position.

Working with Shani was a wonderful experience. She is very kind and supportive and represents DaVita very well. Her support helped make the process much easier. Shani has been the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I am grateful for the experience.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
