a series of 3 phones interviews and then one in house. The first interview is simply a screening with their recruiter. Thereafter, a group phone interview with several supervisors, managers and th eprogression continues. It appeared that the supervisors simply didn't have the time to deal with the interviews. They seemed unorganized and narrow focused. Also experienced significant technical difficulties which made simple communication during the phone interview a challenge..
