Interview
It took this company about a month to reach out to me after I applied and when they did the person who reached out to me went on vacation so my initial phone interview was with somebody different.. that was no problem except she told me she was so excited for me to meet the hiring manager and I would get an email with the next steps.. about a week later I got an email saying that they had unfortunately Moved on other candidates. It’s unfortunate that you take the time out of your day to speak to someone for 45 minutes and they get your hopes up for nothing.

I had a total of 3 interviews. The first with recruiter, second was with hiring managers, and the last was a panel with team members. They asked standard questions and I enjoyed speaking with everyone.

3 Interviews everything went very positively in every interview and then I find out I did not get the job. What a waste of my time. I will never apply to this company again. Any company that wastes a potential employee's time like this needs a restructuring of its hiring process. In the future, you will not get an opportunity to waste my time again.

Question 1
Nothing technical and mostly about fit for the role. The first two interviews went stellar and the last two individuals seemed like they had already made up their minds prior to interviewing me. In which case they should not have wasted my time and been upfront. They also seemed very unprepared for the interview and didn't even know what phase of the interview process I was in. (i.e. Third interview) For managers they should have known that prior to the interview.
