Daikin Senior Functional Analyst interview questions

Unfortunately, the interview experience was disappointing. The external interviewer focused almost entirely on my diploma rather than my 8 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry as a PM/PO. He dismissed my competencies and stated that, without a master's degree, I could expect no more than €2,000 net — a figure far below my current market value (I have interviewed startup, international/global companies and my profile & background was estimated minimum of €3500 net. His tone came across as dismissive, and I chose to end the process (especially when he pointed out "it just a title").
