      Enterprise Sales Executive Interview

      Mar 13, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DailyPay (New York, NY) in Mar 2019

      Interview

The first call was okay, the questions were very remedial and the guy sounded like he was about 15 but the end was okay. Okay, because it was over. The second call was with the CRO who kept calling me another name. He was completely unprepared and unable to get into the "comp plan" at even a high level. Salespeople care about the comp plan and on the second call, the CRO should be able to answer the question: Is anyone making money? When the recruiter said they were going to pass, it was a total relief. Note: Thier platform is awesome but management isn't what t needs to be to make the next big leap.

      Question 1

The questions were beyond remedial: Tell me how you start your day? Really? If you are talking to a successful performer, those questions don't cut it. The first five or six were the same, both interviews were the same questions.
