Interview
Recruiter called after three weeks. Half hour call, scheduled time with the hiring manager. That call was a half hour. I never heard from the manager or the recruiter afterward, even after following up. I didn't think much of the hiring manager, the recruiter was decent, but clearly lacks in communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DailyPay (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was completely disorganized. I was referred in through someone I know, and brought in personally to meet with the manager. Right away, he treated me poorly, even though I had 7 years experience in this particularly field. He judged me by the name of my company and seemed to not want to talk to me, even though I was very successful in the field. They then had me come in and interview for some other positions which they all agreed I was a good fit for, but the manager ultimately could not get over the fact that I had worked for a particular company which gave him a bad taste. They ended up wasting a month and a half of my time.
