Poor communication throughout process and strange dynamic at the organization. Got positive feedback on final call but no offer and no reason given why. Certainly felt like a long waste of time.

Run a presentation about highlight deals, prospecting methodologies, etc.
Their talent team reached out unsolicited. Had a typical screening call where he lazily asked me phone survey type questions to check whatever the priority boxes are. He did no proper discovery into my career experience or even ask how I thought it could translate into success at DailyPay. He then totally ghosted me afterwards leaving me with a bad opinion of the org. Just another disrespectful time wasting talent team that makes the job hunt process awful.
