After submitting in a paper application for the job, I was given a call by one of the employees that the manager was on-site and would like to have me in for an in-person interview. I arrived about an hour later, and was sat down in the front of the store. The manager asked me questions about my availability and my reaction to particular situations for about 20 minutes. Soon after, I was offered the job, and told I would be contacted for information about beginning there! They reached out to me within the week, and I began to work.
