After submitting my application I was contacted for an interview within 24 hours and had an interview the same day. The process was very speedy. At the interview it was a one on one interview with the manager and I. I was asked why I wanted to work there, what I was hoping to gain from working there, etc. I was then offered a job on the spot and asked when a good time for me to start was.

The interview was behavioral based, not asking technical questions. There were some DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) questions asked during the end of the interview. Overall a low stress interview.
