I had filled out an application online. Almost a month later, I got an email from a manager saying that they are now reviewing all applications, and if you are being considered, you will receive another email about coming to an interview. So about a week later, I got an email asking to come in for an interview. It was at a hotel, and we could show up any time within a 4 hour time frame. I went halfway through. I showed up at the hotel, found the room they were doing the interview in. Inside of the room there was a check-in table. Once you got checked in, they walked me over to an interview (there were about 4 tables, each had one interviewer). He looked at my online application and my resume. He asked about my availability and, "Why do you want to work at Dairy Queen?" He then asked 3 scenario questions. Afterwords, he asked if I had any questions, and I asked him about 4. Then it was over. It was only about 6 minutes long, it was very fast. On the car ride home, about 20 minutes after I left I received a phone call saying I got the job!
