Application and one on one interview. Hiring manager was very professional and provided an excellent explanation of the job. Also provided excellent information concerning the operation of the restaurant and the expectations of the position.
Super easy! Just wanted to talk about different points on your resume. Since you will be dealing with people face to face, they want to see your personality and if you can handle working under pressure at times.

Manager and Assistant manager came out and we just sat down at one of the tables in the customer sitting area where they started asking me some questions. Once that was over, we shook hands and then in about a week they call me with the job offer.
